Fountain C-Store
Fountain C-store is a 4,000 square foot convenience store paired with a 2,000 square foot quick service restaurant. Located on a limited lot at the crossroads of two streets, this project calls for careful site planning to accommodate five fuel pumps while ensuring optimal use of the space. One of the project's defining features is a striking red steel frame at the c-store's entrance, serving as a signature element that enhances recognition and imbues the building with a monumental quality.
Little York C-Store
Little York commercial 7.8 property included a supermarket, three retail spaces, and a 5,000 square foot convenience store with five fuel pumps, located at Little York Rd & Exeter St. The design adopted a Latin aesthetic to blend with the locale's architectural style.
